机场跑道区清淤回填砂振冲密实施工技术探究

摘要 本文依托深圳三跑扩建工程对于机场跑道区清淤回填砂振冲密实的施工技术开展应用研究分析。振冲施工前应对回填砂料进行抽检,根据颗粒级配进行可振冲性分析,确定砂料采用振冲密实法加固的“适宜数”,并选取适宜的振冲方案。采用多种手段确定振冲施工的间距和深度,并据此展开振冲施工典型试验研究。研究表明:回填地基采用无填料振冲可以取得较好密实效果,施工过程中宜控制间距,确定振冲间距时可考虑双点或多点共振叠加效应影响;对于孔隙水为海水的回填砂层,振冲施工结束后期,其强度增长具有时间效应。 Based on Shenzhen Third-Runway expansion project,the vibro-compaction technology of dredged backfill sand in airport runway area was researched and analyzed from the aspect of application.The backfill sand should be randomly inspected before vibroflotation,so a feasibility analysis was carried out according to sand particle gradation,which led to the suitable number of the sand material to be reinforced by using vibro-compaction method.In addition,an appropriate vibroflotation plan was selected,various means were used to determine the vibroflotation spacing and depth,and a typical experimental study could be conducted accordingly.The research shows that non-filler vibroflotation can achieve a better compaction effect subject to the spacing being controlled well.Double or multi-point resonance superposition effect can be considered while determining the spacing.As for the backfill sand layer with pore seawater,its strength growth is of time effect at the end of vibroflotation construction.
