摘要
文章从两个方面对BIM技术在水运工程造价中的应用特征进行了分析和总结。与传统造价计量方法相比,BIM具有计算工程量高效、快捷、准确等优势,能够精确计算某些形状复杂的工程量,但BIM模型自动统计的工程量某些时候不能直接用于定额或清单计价,且造价人员普遍对BIM软件不熟悉,需要大量本地化工作。与建筑工程造价相比,BIM在水运工程造价领域中的应用无论在软件易用性还是多人协作性上均有较大差距,不能实现自动化的算量或导入计价软件。基于上述原因,要在水运造价领域推进BIM的应用需要进一步深化软件开发,解决明细表中工程量的自动计算、定额判断参数化以及自动化数据传递等问题。
the characteristics of BIM technology applied in waterway costing are analyzed and summarized from two aspects.Compared with the traditional pricing method,BIM is efficient,quick and accurate in calculating quantities,especially some complex-shaped work,but the automatic statistics by BIM model can not apply directly to quota or quantity list pricing in some cases.Meanwhile,most engineers are not good at BIM software,which requires a lot of transformation work.the use of BIM in the field of waterway costing is far from the building construction cost no matter in software feasibility or multi-person cooperation,for example,it can not reach automatic calculation or input data into quantity pricing software.In the case,the application of BIM in the field of waterway costing requires further development of software,a solution to automatic calculation of the quantities in bill of quantities,quota judge parameterization and automatic data transfer.
