“清退令”背景下百色市超龄农民工的就业研究

Research on Employment of Overage Migrant Workers in Baise City under the Background of“Clearing and Retiring Order”

中国步入老龄化社会的同时,建筑业劳务用工趋向老龄化。本文在建筑清退令出台实施的背景下,以百色地区超龄农民工群体作为调研对象,了解相关群体的现状及困境。发现其存在的困境主要有薪资工伤认定问题界定模糊、被清退后难以维权、再就业难度高、养老保障等问题,并针对性地就其相关利益并提出相应措施。

As China enters an aging society,the labor force in the construction industry is trending towards aging.Against the background of the implementation of the construction clearing and retiring order,this article takes the group of over-aged migrant workers in the Baise area as the research object to understand the current situation and difficulties of the relevant groups.The main difficulties identified include unclear definition of salary and work-related injury recognition,difficulty in safeguarding rights after being dismissed,high difficulty in re employment,and pension security.Targeted measures are proposed to address their relevant interests.
