立磨减速器行星轮齿面剥落原因分析及预防对策

Cause analysis of tooth surface spalling for planetary gear in vertical mill reducer and its preventive measures

摘要 大型立磨减速器行星轮使用过程中出现齿面剥落现象。通过对齿面进行宏观分析、低倍分析、化学成分分析、微观断口分析、金相分析、显微硬度检测、力学性能检测及X射线残余应力分析,找到了主要原因,并提出了预防对策。结果表明:在齿面加工工程中,齿面磨削烧伤是导致齿面组织改变、硬度降低的主要原因;其次,齿面表层产生拉应力,严重降低轮齿的承载能力,使齿轮在啮合过程中形成疲劳扩展,从而过早发生齿面剥落损伤。 The tooth surface spalling occurred during the use of planetary gear of the large vertical mill reducer.Through the macro analysis,low-magnification analysis,chemical composition analysis,micro fracture analysis,metallographic analysis,microhardness testing,mechanical property testing and X-ray residual stress analysis of the tooth surface,the main reasons were found and the preventive measures were put forward.The results showed that in the tooth surface processing engineering,the tooth surface grinding burn was the main reason for the change of the tooth surface structure and the decrease of the hardness.Secondly,the tensile stress was generated on the surface layer of the tooth surface,which seriously reduced the bearing capacity of the gear tooth,and caused the gear to form fatigue propagation during the meshing process,so that the tooth surface spalling damage occurred prematurely.
