摘要
“十四五”时期,围绕国家粮食和物资储备高质量发展需要,深入实施科技和人才兴粮兴储,协同推进科技创新和人才发展,对于保障国家粮食和物资储备安全具有重要意义。文章阐述了新疆粮食行业人才队伍现状及特点,根据人才队伍建设中存在的问题,从加强行业干部人才队伍建设、提升干部职工能力素质、激励干部担当作为、强化行业技能培训、完善人才激励保障机制、争取政策及技术支持六方面给出了相关建议及对策,以期推进粮食行业人才队伍建设。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,focusing on the needs of high-quality development of national food and strategic reserves,Xinjiang deeply implemented a series of strategies to boost grain storage,and jointly promoted scientific and technological innovation and talent development,which is of great significance for ensuring the security of national food and strategic reserves.This paper introduces the current situation and characteristic of talent team in Xinjiang grain industry,according to the existing problems in the construction of talent team,gives relevant suggestions and countermeasures from six aspects:strengthening the construction of industry cadre talent team,improving the ability and quality of cadres and workers,encouraging cadres to act,strengthening industry skill training,improving the talent incentive guarantee mechanism,and striving for policy and technical support.in order to promote the construction of talent team in grain industry.
