抗肿瘤药物不良反应风险预警模块的设计与构建

摘要 目的依托苏州大学附属张家港医院移动药师工作站,设计与构建抗肿瘤药物不良反应风险预警模块。方法建立监测药物目录、抗肿瘤药物不良反应知识库,基于移动药师工作站合理用药智能管理系统加入抗肿瘤药物不良反应风险预警模块,迅速、精准抓取实验室数据、病程描述,发现异常指标,对临床药师工作站发起提醒。结果在移动药师工作站植入抗肿瘤药物不良反应的风险预警模块,解决了临床药师不良反应监测工作量大、专业性要求高、易漏判的弊端,帮助临床医师和护理人员及时获取患者不良反应信息,以便密切做好临床观察和随访。结论本工作站建立的抗肿瘤药物不良反应风险预警模块,有助于提高不良反应快速响应能力,具有临床推广价值。 Objective Based on Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University's mobile pharmacist workstation,design and construct an anti-tumor drug adverse reaction risk warning module.Methods A monitoring drug catalog and a knowledge base for adverse reactions of anti-tumor drugs was established.Based on the intelligent management system for rational drug use on mobile pharmacist workstations,an anti-tumor drug adverse reaction risk warning module was added.Laboratory data and disease course descriptions were quickly and accurately captured,and abnormal indicators and issue reminders to clinical pharmacist work stations were identified.Results Implanting a risk warning module for adverse reactions of anti-tumor drugs in mobile pharmacist workstations solved the drawbacks of heavy workload,high professional requirements,and easy omission in monitoring adverse reactions of clinical pharmacists.It helped clinical physicians and nursing staff to timely obtain patient adverse reaction information,so as to closely carry out clinical observation and follow-up.Conclusion The anti-tumor drug adverse reaction risk warning module established helps to improve the ability of quickly responding.Thus,it has clinical promotion value.
