基于系统思维的医学形态学数字切片库的设计及意义

摘要 不同院校在医学形态学实验学科的发展速度与理念上存在差异。各个医学形态学实验学科独具特色,关注的核心内容各异,若孤立对待各学科实验,将导致一定程度的局限性。为实现系统思维,将各形态学实验学科合理整合,构建以器官系统为基础的医学形态学数字切片库,符合“新医科”理念。从实验教学角度来看,此举既减少实际切片损耗,也为后期保存罕见或不易获得的切片提供便利。对于各学科自身发展具有支撑作用,并为相似学科提供借鉴。同时,构建医学形态学数字切片库可实现机能与形态、微观与宏观、生理与病理、诊断与治疗等多学科知识的综合,有助于培养学生的综合素质,促进学科交叉融合,推动基础医学与临床的结合,引领医学教育向线上线下混合式教学模式发展,并提高医学教育质量。 There are variations in the development pace and conceptualizations of medical morphological experimental disciplines across different universities.Each of these disciplines possesses distinct characteristics and focuses on diverse content,leading to certain constraints in separating experiments within each field.However,adopting a systems-based approach makes it evident that integrating various morphological experimental disciplines and establishing a digital slide library organized by organ systems is rational.This meets the concept of"New Medical Science."From the perspective of experimental teaching,this measure reduces the loss of actual slides and provides convenience for preserving rare or difficult-to-obtain slides for future,and plays a supporting role in the development of various disciplines.Additionally,it provides a reference for similar disciplines.Simultaneously,Constructing a digital slice library of medical morphology can achieve the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge such as function and morphology,micro and macro,physiology and pathology,diagnosis and treatment,and help cultivate students'comprehensive qualities.Furthermore,Promoting interdisciplinary integration,integrating basic medicine with clinical practice,leading the development of medical education towards a blended online and offline teaching model,and enhancing the quality of medical education.
