摘要
SERPINA3/Serpina3c是一种丝氨酸(或半胱氨酸)肽酶抑制剂,可抑制组织蛋白酶G活性,发挥抗炎作用。目前对SERPINA3/Serpina3c功能的了解大多数来自于癌变背景下的研究,认为它参与基因表达、细胞周期、凋亡、信号转导和癌变等多种细胞生物学过程。近年来,SERPINA3/Serpina3c在非肿瘤疾病中的研究也越来越多。本文系统分析了SERPINA3/Serpina3c的研究热点和趋势,综述了SERPINA3/Serpina3c在非肿瘤疾病对细胞信号轴的调控机制,为SERPINA3/Serpina3c在非肿瘤疾病中的分子机制研究提供思路。
SERPINA3/Serpina3c is a serine(or cysteine) peptidase inhibitor that inhibits cathepsin G and exerts anti-inflammatory effects.At present,most of the understanding of the functions of SERPINA3/Serpina3c comes from studies in the context of carcinogenesis.SERPINA3/Serpina3c is involved in various cellular biological processes such as gene expression,cell cycle progression,apoptosis,signal transduction,and carcinogenesis.In recent years,the study on SERPINA3/Serpina3c in non-tumor diseases is increasing.This article systematically analyzes the research hotspots and trends of SERPINA3/Serpina3c,reviews its regulatory mechanisms on the cell signaling axis in non-tumor diseases,and provides some ideas for the molecular mechanism research of SERPINA3/Serpina3c in non-tumor diseases.
