舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的作用

摘要 目的 分析对重症加强护理病房内接受有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者运用舒适护理的临床价值。方法 选取2021年10月至2023年11月我院ICU行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者76例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各38例,对照组为常规护理,观察组联合运用舒适护理,对两组患者的相关并发症发生率、生活质量、睡眠状况以及肺功能改善情况进行对比。结果 观察组并发症发生率2.63%低于对照组15.79%(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组FEV_(1)、PEF、FVC高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 对于ICU内行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者运用舒适护理有助于促进患者的病情康复,预防并发症的发生,并可提升其生活质量。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of using comfort care for patients with respiratory failure treated with invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods A total of 76 cases of respiratory failure patients who underwent invasive mechanical ventilation in the ICU of our hospital were sampled from October 2021 to November 2023,and were divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method,each with 38 cases,the control group was routine care,and the observation group was jointly utilized comfort care,and the related complication rate,quality of life,sleep condition,and improvement of pulmonary function of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of 2.63% in the observation group was lower than 15.79% in the control group(P<0.05).After care,FEV_(1),PEF and FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of comfortable nursing for patients with respiratory failure treated with invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU is conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients,the prevention of complications,and the improvement of their quality of life.
