量化评估策略下的护理对慢性支气管炎患者生活质量及自我护理能力的影响

To Quantify the Effects of Nursing Strategies on Quality of Life and Self-Care Ability in Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的分析对于慢性支气管炎患者进行量化评估策略下的护理干预对其生活质量及自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年12月福清市医院诊疗的慢性支气管炎患者97例开展回顾性研究,以护理方式的差异分为对照组(49例,常规护理)和观察组(48例,常规护理加量化评估策略下的护理)。对比两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,统计护理满意度。结果护理后,两组生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分、心理状态评分均比护理前提高,且观察组评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组满意度93.75%高于对照组77.55%(χ^(2)=5.152,P=0.023)。结论量化评估策略下的护理模式对慢性支气管炎患者,有助于缓解负性情绪,增强自我护理能力,改善生活质量,进而护理满意度升高。

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing interventions on quality of life and self-care abilities of patients with chronic bronchitis through a quantitative assessment strategy.Methods A total of 97 cases of chronic bronchitis patients treated in Fuqing City Hospital from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected for retrospective study,and were divided into a control group(49 cases,conventional care) and an observation group(48 cases,conventional care plus care under quantitative assessment strategy) by the difference in the mode of care.The self-care competence scale(ESCA),health survey short form(SF-36),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) scores were compared between the two groups,and nursing care satisfaction was counted.Results After care,the quality of life scores,self-care ability scores,and psychological state scores of both groups were higher than those before care,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Satisfaction of 93.75% in the observation group was higher than 77.55% in the control group(χ^(2)=5.152,P=0.023).Conclusions For patients with chronic bronchitis,the nursing mode under the quantitative evaluation strategy can help alleviate negative emotions,enhance self-care ability,improve quality of life,and thus increase nursing satisfaction.
