康复运动渐进式训练结合临床基础护理对关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术后患者关节功能及康复效果影响

Effects of Progressive Training of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Clinical Basic Nursing on Joint Function and Rehabilitation Effect of Patients After Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Injury Repair Surgery

目的 分析康复运动渐进式训练结合临床基础护理对关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术后患者关节功能及康复效果影响。方法 选取2021年2月至2022年2月于厦门大学附属中山医院治疗的98例关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术后患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用临床基础护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用康复运动渐进式训练,对比两组患者护理前后肩关节功能、生活质量评分、康复效果及并发症。结果 观察组护理后肩关节功能、生活质量评分、康复效果比对照组更优(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 康复运动渐进式训练结合临床基础护理对关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术后患者关节功能及康复效果提升具有积极的影响,并有利于促进患者生活质量提升,减少并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the effects of progressive training combined with clinical basic nursing on joint function and rehabilitation of patients after arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair.Methods A total of 98 postoperative patients with arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair treated at Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group used clinical basic nursing intervention,and the observation group added progressive training with rehabilitation exercises on the basis of the control group,comparing shoulder joint function,quality of life score,rehabilitation effect and complications before and after care of the two groups of patients.Results The shoulder joint function,quality of life score and rehabilitation effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of progressive training of rehabilitation exercise and clinical basic nursing has a positive influence on the improvement of joint function and rehabilitation effect of patients after arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair,and is conducive to the promotion of patients' quality of life and the reduction of complications.
