接纳-承诺理念护理联合多元化健康教育模式在老年COPD患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨接纳-承诺理念护理联合多元化健康教育模式应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的效果。方法 选择我院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的300例COPD患者,按照随机数字表法以1∶1比例分为观察组与对照组各150例,分别实施接纳-承诺理念护理联合多元化健康教育方案以及常规护理方案,对比两组患者干预前后SAS、SDS情绪评分和自我效能评分、患者1 s用力呼吸量等肺功能改善情况、依从性以及生理、躯体、情感等生活质量评分情况。结果 干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,自我效能评分、各项肺功能指标、生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组依从性97.33%高于对照组75.33%(P <0.05)。结论 联合接纳-承诺理念与多元化健康教育模式为老年COPD患者实施干预,可改善患者肺功能和心理状态,提高依从性、自我效能和生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of acceptance-commitment conceptual nursing care combined with a diversified health education model applied to elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 300 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 150 cases each in the observation group and the control group according to the randomized numerical table method in a ratio of 1∶1,and the acceptance-commitment concept of nursing care combined with a diversified health education program and the conventional nursing program were implemented,respectively,and the patients in the two groups were compared with each other before and after the intervention for the improvement of pulmonary function such as the volume of forceful breathing,adherence,physiological,emotional and other quality of life scores,and the improvement of physical,emotional and other quality of life scores.We compared the SAS,SDS mood scores and self-efficacy scores,the improvement of pulmonary function such as the amount of forceful breathing in 1 second,adherence,and quality of life scores such as physiological,physical and emotional scores before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the self-efficacy scores,various pulmonary function indexes,and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Adherence in the observation group was 97.33% higher than 75.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combining the acceptance-commitment concept with a diversified health education model to implement interventions for elderly patients with COPD improves pulmonary function and psychological status,adherence,self-efficacy,and quality of life.
