术前微视频的回授法健康教育结合术后耳穴压籽镇痛干预在儿童腺样体肥大治疗中的应用

Preoperative Microvideo-Based Teach-Back Method of Health Education Combined with Postoperative Auricular Pressure Seed Analgesic Intervention in the Treatment of Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children

目的 在儿童腺样体肥大治疗环节中实施术前微视频的回授法健康教育结合术后耳穴压籽镇痛干预方案,观察分析该联合干预方案的应用效果。方法 选取本院2021年1月至2023年10月收治的150例腺样体肥大患儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(术前常规健康教育+术后常规处理)、观察组(术前微视频的回授法健康教育+术后耳穴压籽镇痛干预)。对比分析不同联合干预方案的应用效果。结果 观察组干预后遵医行为(FCS)、生活质量(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,干预后心理状态(CDI)、疼痛感(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后不良情况发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在儿童腺样体肥大临床治疗中采取术前微视频的回授法健康教育+术后耳穴压籽镇痛干预方案,可增进患儿遵医行为,改善其心态,减轻疼痛感,降低术后不良情况发生风险,提高生活质量。

Objective A preoperative microvideo-based teach-back method of health education combined with a postoperative auricular pressure-seed analgesia intervention program was implemented in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy,and the application effects of this combined intervention program were observed and analyzed.Methods A total of 150 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(preoperative routine health education + postoperative routine treatment) and the observation group(preoperative micro-video of the teach-back method of health education + postoperative auricular acupoints pressure seed analgesic intervention) by the method of randomized numerical table.Comparison and analysis of the application effect of different joint intervention programs.Results The post-intervention compliance behavior(FCS) and quality of life(SF-36) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the post-intervention psychological state(CDI) and pain perception(VAS) scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse conditions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy,the adoption of preoperative microvideo of the teach-back method of health education + postoperative auricular pressure seed analgesia intervention program can enhance the children's medical compliance behavior,improve their mentality,reduce pain,reduce the risk of postoperative adverse conditions,and improve the quality of life.
