中药药剂师干预对医院合理使用中药的效果

Effect Analysis of the Intervention of Chinese Medicine Pharmacist on Rational Use of Chinese Medicine in Hospital

目的 分析中药药剂师干预对医院合理使用中药的效果。方法 选取广州市海珠区中医医院2021年1月至2021年6月1000张中药处方作为研究对象,依据是否予以中药药剂师干预,分为对照组(未予以中药药剂师干预,予以常规药物管理)和观察组(予以中药药剂师干预),各500张,比较应用效果。结果 观察组配伍不当、煎煮方式不当等处方不合理应用率低于对照组(P <0.05),消化系统、呼吸系统等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),药学满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),药物费用少于对照组,退药等不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在临床中药应用过程中,予以中药药剂师干预可提高中药应用合理性,减少不合理处方,降低不良反应发生率,提高药学满意度,减少药物费用,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of TCM pharmacist intervention on rational use of TCM in hospitals.Methods A total of 1000 TCM prescriptions in Haizhu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.According to whether TCM pharmacists intervened,they were divided into control group(without TCM pharmacists' intervention,conventional medicine management) and observation group(with TCM pharmacists' intervention),with 500 prescriptions each,and the application effects were compared.Results The irrational application rate of improper compatibility and improper decocting methods in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in digestive system and respiratory system was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),pharmaceutical satisfaction was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and drug cost was lower than that in control group.The incidence of adverse events such as drug withdrawal was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical application of TCM,the intervention of TCM pharmacists can improve the rationality of TCM application,reduce irrational prescriptions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the satisfaction of pharmaceutical care,reduce drug costs,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
