摘要
目的探讨融入课程思政理念的MiniQuest模式在本科基础护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019级115名本科护理专业学生为研究对象,开展融入课程思政理念的MiniQuest模式的基础护理学教学。课程后评价学生基础护理知识掌握情况,计算护士职业价值观及医学教育环境得分。结果学生期末考试成绩平均分为(80.07±11.01)分,110人(95.65%)及格;医学教育环境得分(155.50±120.22)分,等级为“很好”;教学后学生护士职业价值观得分高于教学前(P<0.05)。结论融入课程思政理念的MiniQuest教学模式,有助于提升基础护理学教学质量和本科护理学生职业价值观,获得学生的认可;有利于拓展教师的教学能力和思政视野。
Objective To explore the effect of MiniQuest model of integrating curriculum ideological and political concept into basic nursing.Methods One hundred and fifteen undergraduate nursing students from Grade 2019 grade were selected as the research objects to carry out the MiniQuest model of basic nursing teaching integrating the ideological and political concepts of the course.After the course,the students’grasp of basic nursing knowledge was evaluated,and the scores of nurses’professional values and medical education environment were calculated.Results The average score of the final examination was(80.07±11.01),110(95.65%)passed.The score of medical education environment was(155.50±120.22),and the grade was“very good”.The score of professional values of student nurses after teaching was higher than that before teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The MiniQuest model can help improve the quality of basic nursing teaching and the professional values of undergraduate nursing students,and expand the teaching ability and ideological and political vision of teachers.
