摘要
为提高中医药膳学实训教学质量,培养医、药、膳、化、工相互渗透,多学科交叉的复合型、实用型现代化中医人才。此研究分析总结了中医药膳学实训教学的现状及存在问题,基于“四新及新医科”理念,构建、探索中医药膳学实训教学体系,以期满足当今社会发展对多学科交叉的复合型、实用型、现代化中医类人才的需求。
In order to improve the quality of the practical training teaching of Chinese medicine and dietetics and to cultivate comprehensive and practical modernized traditional Chinese medicine talents with the interpenetration of medicine,diet,chemistry and engineering,this study analyzed and summarized the current situation and problems of the practical training teaching of Chinese medicine and dietetics,and constructed and explored the practical training teaching system of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacognosy based on the concept of“Four Innovations and Innovation Medical Science”.In order to meet the demand of today’s social development for modernized and practical Chinese medicine talents with interdisciplinary interplay of medicine,pharmacy,diet,chemistry and engineering,the teaching system of Chinese medicine and dietetics was constructed and explored.
