定向透药和耳穴埋豆联合中药熏蒸治疗失眠临床观察

Directional Permeable Therapy and Auricular Point Embedding Beans Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的分析中医定向透药治疗、耳穴埋豆联合中药熏蒸对失眠患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年4月—2021年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的110例失眠患者,按随机数字表法分为西医组和联合组,各55例;西医组给予阿普唑仑治疗,联合组于西医组基础上联合中药熏蒸、耳穴埋豆、中医定向透药治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分。结果联合组的总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于西医组的80.00%(44/55)(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组PSQI评分低于西医组,GQOL-74评分高于西医组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医定向透药、耳穴埋豆联合中药熏蒸能显著减轻患者的失眠症状,提升睡眠质量,改善生活质量,提高疗效,且安全性相对较高。

Objective To analyze the effects of directional permeable therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,auricular point embedding beans combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with insomnia.Methods One hundred and ten patients with insomnia from April 2020 to February 2021 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were prospectively selected and divided into groups by random number table.Fifty-five cases in the Western medicine group were treated with alprazolam,and 55 cases in the combined group were treated with Chinese medicine fumigation,auricular acupoint embedding and directional permeable based on the Western medicine group.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,Pittsburgh sleep Quality index(PSQI)and Quality of life questionnaire(GQOL-74)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than that of Western medicine group(80.00%,44/55)(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score and GQOL-74 score of combined group were lower than those of Western group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Directional permeable therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,auricular point embedding beans combined with Chinese medi-cine fumigation can significantly reduce insomnia symptoms,improve sleep quality,improve quality of life,improve efficacy,and has relatively high safety.
