裴氏消风除湿方治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Pei Pei’s Xiaofeng Chushi Formula in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探究裴氏消风除湿方在强直性脊柱炎患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月甘肃省人民医院中医二科门诊收治的强直性脊柱炎患者92例进行研究,按随机数字表法均分为两组,各46例。对照组采用塞来昔布治疗,观察组采用塞来昔布联合裴氏消风除湿方治疗。比较两组症状改善情况,T淋巴细胞亚群、炎性因子水平。结果干预前两组各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组症状改善情况各评分及CD^(8+)、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4水平均下降,且观察组各项指标低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平均上升,且观察组各项指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论裴氏消风除湿方可减轻强直性脊柱炎患者炎症反应,改善机体免疫功能及临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of Pei’s Xiaofeng Chushi formula in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Ninety-two patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib,and the observation group was treated with celecoxib combined with Pei’s Xiaofeng Chushi formula.Symptom improvement,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,symptom improvement scores and levels of CD^(8+),TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-4 in the two groups were decreased,and indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD^(3+),CD^(4+) and CD^(4+)/CD^(8+) in both groups increased,and the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pei’s Xiaofeng Chushi formula can alleviate the inflammatory response of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,improve the immune function and clinical symptoms.
