中医治疗老年骨性关节炎临床观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Senile Osteoarthritis

目的探究中医治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果及有效性。方法选取昌乐齐城中医院于2020年1月—2022年1月收治的老年骨性关节炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中医治疗。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组的85.00%(34/40),观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)高于对照组,观察组躯体、生理、精神、社会各项生活质量评分高于对照组,两组老年骨性关节炎患者临床治疗效果、临床疗效指标、生活质量评分对比结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗老年骨性关节炎临床效果显著优于西医治疗,老年骨性关节炎患者在中医治疗下临床效果显著、临床指标显著好转、生活质量显著提高,因此中医在老年骨性关节炎临床治疗中更具推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine on senile osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty elderly patients with osteoarthritis admitted to Changle Qicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group of 40 cases and the observation group of 40 cases according to the random number table.The elderly patients with osteoarthritis in the control group were treated with Western medicine,while the elderly patients with osteoarthritis in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of the control group(85.00%,34/40).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)evaluation treatment score was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of physical,physiological,mental and social quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The comparison results of clinical treatment effect,clinical efficacy index and quality of life score of elderly patients with osteoarthritis between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly osteoarthritis is significantly better than that of Western medicine.The clinical effect,clinical indicators and quality of life of elderly patients with osteoarthritis are significantly im-proved under the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has more promotion value in the clinical treatment of elderly osteoarthritis.
