摘要
麻黄具有多种有效成分及药理作用,在肾脏病领域可发挥利水消肿、调节免疫、抗凝血、抗外感、调节血压及调节代谢的作用。麻黄对于肾脏病的治疗是多效及协同的,具有很大的肾脏保护优势。文章通过阅读文献,综述了麻黄在肾脏病中的临床疗效及机制,可拓宽麻黄的运用领域,以期为肾脏病的治疗提供新思路。
Ephedra has many active components and pharmacological effects.In the field of kidney disease can play the role of diure-sis and edema,regulation of immunity,anti-coagulation,anti-exogenous,regulation of blood pressure and metabolism.Ephedra is multipotent and synergistic in the treatment of renal diseases,and has great advantages in renal protection.This article reviewed the clinical effect and mechanism of ephedra in the treatment of kidney disease by reading literatures,which can broaden the application of ephedra and provide new ideas for the treatment of kidney disease.
