不同专业中医本科生生理学期末试卷的数据分析

Data Analysis and of the Final Exam Papers of Physiology from Traditional Chinese Medicine Undergraduates of Different Professional Directions

摘要 目的提高生理学试卷质量及教学水平。方法运用北京中医药大学试卷分析系统,对北京中医药大学2019级五年制不同专业(中医学、中医学实验班、针灸推拿学)生理学期末考试试卷的难度、区分度、信度和效度进行评价,并统计分析试卷成绩。结果共分析了生理学期末试卷603份。试卷分析发现,该试卷难度适中、区分度较好,主观题难度大于客观题;学生成绩分布基本合理,成绩真实可靠。通过试卷成绩统计分析发现,中医学和中医学实验班在平均分、主观题、客观题的得分,以及及格率和优秀率上,都明显优于针灸推拿学(P<0.05)。结论文章为教师面对不同专业方向的学生开展有针对性的生理学教学活动提供了数据支持,也为提高生理学试卷出题质量和教学水平提供了参考依据。 Objective To improve the quality of examination papers and the teaching level of physiology.Methods The difficulty,dif-ferentiation,reliability and validity of the final examination papers in physiology of different five-year majors(Chinese medicine,ex-perimental class of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage)of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM)in 2019 were evaluated by BUCM examination paper analysis system,and the examination performance was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 603 physiology final examination papers were analyzed,with moderate difficulty,good differentiation,basically reasonable grade distri-bution,and true and reliable grades.The analysis also revealed that the subjective questions were more difficult than the objective questions.In addition,the statistical analysis of the test scores showed that the performance of Chinese medicine majors and Chinese medicine(experimental class)were significantly better than the acupuncture and massage majors in terms of average scores,scores of subjective and objective questions,and pass and merit rates.Conclusion This paper provides data support for professors to carry out targeted teaching activities for students from different majors,and also offers a reference for improving the quality of examination pa-pers and teaching level in physiology.
