董氏奇穴治疗肛肠术后便秘的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Dong's extraordinary acupoints in the treatment of constipation after anorectal surgery

目的探究董氏奇穴治疗肛肠术后便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月广东省第二中医院收治的100例肛肠术后便秘患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为董氏奇穴治疗组与果导片治疗组,每组50例。果导片治疗组给予果导片治疗,董氏奇穴治疗组采用董氏奇穴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及生命质量评分。结果董氏奇穴治疗组治疗总有效率为94.0%,高于果导片治疗组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。董氏奇穴治疗组不良反应发生率为6.0%,低于果导片治疗组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、身体疼痛、生命活力、社会功能、一般健康状况、情绪健康、角色功能(身体)及角色功能(情感)评分均高于治疗前,且董氏奇穴治疗组高于果导片治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论董氏奇穴治疗肛肠术后便秘疗效确切,可明显提高患者生命治疗,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dong's extraordinary acupoints in the treatment of constipation after anorectal surgery.Methods 100 patients with constipation after anorectal surgery admitted to Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Janu-ary 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into Dong's extraordinary acupoints treatment group and fruit guide piece treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The fruit guide tablet treatment group was treated with fruit guide tablet,and the Dong's extraordinary acupoints treatment group was treated with Dong's extraordinary acupoints,the clinical effica-cy,adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Dong's extraordinary acupoints treatment group was 94.0%,which was higher than 70.0%in the fruit guide piece treatment group,and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Dong's extraordinary acupoints treatment group was 6.0%,which was lower than 72.0%in the fruit guide film treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,body pain,vitality,social function,general health status,emotional health,role function(body)and role function(emotion)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the Dong's extraordinary acupoints treatment group were higher than those in the fruit guide film treat-ment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dong's extraordinary acupoints are effective in treating constipation after anorectal surgery,can significantly improve the patients’life expectancy,are highly safe,and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
