强化院内感染管理在神经内科老年患者医院感染控制中的应用价值

Application value of strengthening nosocomial infection management in the control of nosocomial infection in elderly patients in neurology department

目的探讨强化院内感染管理在神经内科老年患者医院感染控制中的应用价值。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二四医院收治的100例老年患者作为研究对象,按不同管理方法分为强化管理组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规的院内感染管理,强化管理组给予强化院内感染管理。比较两组医院感染发生情况、院区空气卫生、病区物体表面合格率及护理满意度。结果强化管理组总感染率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化管理组院区空气卫生、病区物体表面的合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化管理组总满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化院内感染管理应用于神经内科老年患者医院感染控制中,可有效降低医院感染发生率,提高卫生合格率及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of strengthening nosocomial infection management in the control of nosocomial infection in elderly patients in neurology department.Methods 100 elderly patients admitted to the 924th Hospital of Joint Service Support Forces of the Chi-nese People's Liberation Army from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the intensive management group and the control group according to the different management methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nosocomial infection management,and the intensive management group was given intensive nosocomial infection management.The inci-dence of nosocomial infection,air hygiene in the hospital,qualified rate of object surface in the ward and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total infection rate in the intensive management group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of air hygiene in the hospital and object surface in the ward in the intensive management group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satis-faction rate in the intensive management group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of nosocomial infection in the control of nosocomial infection in elderly patients in neurology department can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the health qualification rate and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
