实时超声弹性成像在诊断慢性乙肝肝纤维化程度中的应用价值

Application value of real-time ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B

目的分析实时超声弹性成像在诊断慢性乙肝肝纤维化程度中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月锦州市传染病医院收治的310例慢性乙肝患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行病理组织检查及实时超声弹性成像检查,以病理组织检查为金标准,分析实时超声弹性成像诊断效能。结果病理组织检查结果显示,S0期82例,S1期60例,S2期50例,S3期35例,S4期83例;以病理组织检查为金标准,实时超声弹性成像诊断的准确率、灵敏度与特异度分别为91.6%、95.6%和80.5%。结论实时超声弹性成像评估慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化中具有较高的应用价值,具有无创、经济实惠、可重复性好的优势,能为临床诊断提供有效的影像学依据。

Objective To analyze the application value of real-time ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Methods 310 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Jinzhou Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent pathological tissue examination and real-time ultrasound elastography,pathological tissue examina-tion was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of real-time ultrasound elastography.Results The results of pathological exami-nation showed that there were 82 cases of S0 stage,60 cases of S1 stage,50 cases of S2 stage,35 cases of S3 stage and 83 cases of S4 stage;with pathological examination as the gold standard,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of real-time ultrasound elastography were 91.6%,95.6%and 80.5%,respectively.Conclusion Real-time ultrasound elastography has the high application value in evaluating liver fibrosis in patients with chron-ic hepatitis B,it has the advantages of non-invasive,economical and reproducible,and can provide effective imaging basis for clinical diagnosis.
