心电图参数联合超敏C反应蛋白及脑钠肽对慢性心力衰竭患者发生室性心律失常的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨心电图参数联合超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脑钠肽(BNP)对慢性心力衰竭患者发生室性心律失常的诊断价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将住院期间发生室性心律失常的40例纳入观察组,未发生室性心律失常的40例患者纳入对照组。两组进行心电图检查及hs-CRP、BNP水平检测,比较两组心电图参数及hs-CRP、BNP水平。结果观察组QTc和TP-Tec高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组hs-CRP、BNP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图参数与hs-CRP、BNP可作为慢性心力衰竭患者发生室性心律失常的预测指标。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG)parameters combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with chronic heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kashgar from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research object,and 40 patients with ventricular arrhythmia during hospitalization were included in the observation group,while 40 patients without ventricular arrhythmia were in-cluded in the control group.Electrocardiogram(ECG)and hs-CRP and BNP levels were detected in the two groups,and ECG parameters and hs-CRP and BNP levels were compared between the two groups.Results QTc and TP-Tec in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and BNP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion ECG parameters,hs-CRP and BNP can be used as predictors of ventricular ar-rhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure.
