化学发光免疫测定技术应用于生化免疫检验中对提高检验结果准确性的意义

摘要 目的分析化学发光免疫测定(CLIA)技术应用于生化免疫检验中的效果及对提高检验结果准确性的意义。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月南昌市第一医院接诊且疑似为甲状腺肿瘤的100例患者作为研究对象,均行CLIA、放射免疫分析法(RIA)生化免疫检验,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较两种方法诊断结果及效能和甲状腺球蛋白(TG)水平及数量。结果100例患者中,病理诊断检出阳性53例,阴性47例;CLIA法检出阳性54例,阴性46例;RIA法检出阳性55例,阴性45例。CLIA特异度、灵敏度、准确度均高于RIA法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CLIA法检测TG水平高于RIA法,TG数量多于RIA法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CLIA法对甲状腺肿瘤患者诊断价值较高,可提高检验准确度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of chemical luminescence immunoassay(CLIA)technology in biochemical immunoassay and its sig-nificance in improving the accuracy of test results.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected thyroid tumors admitted to the First Hospital of Nanchang from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CLIA and radioim mulloassag(RIA)bio-chemical immunoassay.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic results and efficacy of the two methods and the level and quantity of thyroglobulin(TG)were compared.Results Among 100 patients,53 cases were positive and 47 cases were negative in pathological diagnosis.There were 54 positive cases and 46 negative cases detected by CLIA.There were 55 positive cases and 45 negative cases de-tected by RIA.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of CLIA were higher than those of RIA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TG detected by CLIA method was higher than that by RIA method,and the number of TG was more than that by RIA method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CLIA method has a high diagnostic value for patients with thyroid tumors,which can improve the accuracy of the test and is worthy of clinical application.
