摘要
小动物磁共振成像(MRI)技术是利用磁共振仪器进行生物组织成像的一种技术。能够实现活体成像,具有无创、无辐射、快速等优点。由于MRI设备昂贵目前还不是临床医院应用的主流,但小动物MRI技术作为一种重要的手段应用于基础医学和药物开发研究。文章通过分析小动物MRI影像学实验课程教学现状,结合当前计算机信息技术发展以及实验教学改革要求进行讨论与分析,探索小动物MRI影像学实验课程改革思路,并对小动物MRI影像学实验课程内容体系优化和考核方式改革提出一些建议。
Small animal nuclear magnetic resonance imaging technology is a technology that uses magnetic resonance instruments for imaging biological tissues.It can achieve live imaging with advantages such as non-invasive,radiation free,and fast.Because MRI equipment is expensive,it is not the mainstream application in clinical hospitals at present,but small animal MRI technology is used as an important means in medicine basic sciences and drug development research.This article analyzes the current teaching situation of small animal nuclear magnetic imaging experimental courses,discusses and analyzes the current development of computer information technology and the requirements for experimental teaching reform,explores the reform ideas of small animal nuclear magnetic imaging experimental courses,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the content system and reforming the assessment methods of small animal nuclear magnetic imaging experimental courses。
