肌骨超声引导下治疗肩关节周围炎的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound-Guided Treatment of Shoulder Periarthritis

目的:分析肌骨超声引导下治疗肩关节周围炎的价值。方法:选择2023年1月~12月德化县医院收治的80例肩关节周围炎患者为观察对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行小针刀治疗,观察组加用肌骨超声引导下注射治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组肩关节活动度、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、肌力、日常生活能力、治疗有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌骨超声引导治疗能够显著降低患者的疼痛程度,提高肌力和关节活动度,改善日常生活能力,并减少并发症的发生,具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods:80 patients with shoulder periarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into 40 cases each from January to December 2023.The control group was treated with small acupotomy,and the observation group was treated with musculoskeletal ultrasound guided injection.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results:The shoulder joint motion,pain degree,complication rate,muscle strength,daily living ability and effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of musculoskeletal ultrasound guided therapy can reduce the pain degree of patients with shoulder periarthritis,improve muscle strength,joint motion and daily living ability,reduce the occurrence of complications,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
