Magfit磁性附着体在牙列缺损中的临床应用

Clinical Appliance of Magfit Magnetic Attachments on Dentition Defect

目的:探究Magfit磁性附着体联合卡环共同固位可摘局部义齿在牙列缺损中的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年2月在大连市中心医院行Magfit磁性附着体联合卡环共同固位可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损30例,分析可摘局部义齿在Magfit磁性附着体黏接前,后固位力与稳定性,咀嚼效能,基牙保护方面的差异。结果:可摘局部义齿在Magfit磁性附着体黏接后在义齿固位力与稳定性,咀嚼功能,基牙保护,均高于Magfit磁性附着体黏接后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Magfit磁性附着体能明显提高可摘局部义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率且有利于保持基牙牙体,牙周的长期健康稳定,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Magfit magnetic attachment-clasp retended removable partial dentures on dentition defect.Methods:A total of 30 cases of dentition defect in Dalian Municipal Central Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected.The patients were all treated with Magfit magnetic attachment-clasp retended removable partial dentures.The retention and stabilization of the removable partial dentures,masticatory efficiency,and abutment condition were measured at different periods:before and after the cementation of the Magfit magnetic attachments.Results:The retention and stabilization of the removable partial dentures,masticatory efficiency,abutment condition after the cementation of the Magfit magnetic attchment were significantly better than those before the cementation of the Magfit magnetic attachment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magfit magnetic attachment is very useful in improving the retention and stabilization of removable partial dentures,masticatory efficiency,abutment condition.It has predictable long-term good results and wide prospect for future clinical application.
