中国式职业教育现代化的基本内涵、现实困境与路径指引

中国式职业教育现代化蕴含了中国式现代化所具有的显著特征、本质要求、目标要求、内在要求和必然选择。这些基本内涵构成了职业教育现代化的“中国特色”。在中国式职业教育现代化建设的整体实践层面,职业教育还面临着理念困境、制度困境、组织困境、人才困境和资源困境等现实性的挑战。要应对这些困境与挑战,推动职业教育高质量、特色化、内涵式发展和实现教育强国,就需要在中国式现代化这一总体理念和路径方法的指导下,紧紧围绕职业教育内涵化、类型化、体系化、数字化和国际化做好工作。

Chinese path to modernization of vocational education contains significant characteristics,essential requirements,objective requirements,internal requirements and inevitable choices of the Chinese path to modernization.These basic connotations constitute the"Chinese characteristics"of the modernization of vocational education.In the overall practical level of the Chinese path to modernization of vocational education,vocational education still faces realistic difficulties and challenges such as concept dilemma,system dilemma,organization dilemma,talent dilemma and resource dilemma.In order to solve these difficulties and challenges,promote the high quality,characteristic and connotative development of vocational education and realize education power,we need to be guided in the overall concept and approach of Chinese path to modernization of vocational education,and closely focus on the connotation,typology,systematization,digitalization and internationalization of vocational education.
