人工智能技术在医学影像肺结节分析本科教学中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的研究医学影像肺结节分析本科教学中采取人工智能技术(Artificial Intelligence,AI)辅助教学方案的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月于南昌大学第一附属医院影像科进修的50名2017级本科实习生为研究对象,根据教学方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组25名,分别接受传统教学与AI辅助教学方案。比较两组教学效果及对教学模式的满意度。结果实习后,研究组理论考试成绩、诊断报告评分及对教学模式满意度评分均高于对照组,报告书写时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医学影像诊断学肺结节本科教学中,采取AI辅助教学模式,能帮助学生巩固掌握理论知识及阅片技能,还可提高学生专科学习兴趣,有利于全面提高教学效果。 Objective To study the application value of artificial intelligence(AI)in undergraduate teaching of lung nodule analysis in medical imaging.Methods Fifty undergraduates of grade 2017 who were studying in the Imaging Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2022 to September 2023 were se-lected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group and re-search group,with 25 students in each group,who received traditional teaching and AI-assisted teaching programs re-spectively.The teaching effect and the satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Re-sults After practice,the study group's theoretical test scores,diagnostic report score and teaching program satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group,report writing time of study group was shorter than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the undergraduate teaching of pul-monary nodules in medical imaging diagnosis,the adoption of AI-assisted teaching model can help students consoli-date their theoretical knowledge and film reading skills,and can also improve students'interest in professional learn-ing,help comprehensively improve teaching effects.
