摘要
目的研究护士分层级管理模式在提升临床护理管理质量中的应用价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年8月重庆市东南医院的80名护理人员作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,观察组(n=40)实施护士分层级管理模式,对照组(n=40)实施常规护理管理,比较两组护理人员管理前后的工作质量评分、工作能力评分、管理价值和管理满意度。结果管理前,两组护理人员的工作质量评分、工作能力评分、管理价值比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。管理后,观察组的工作质量评分、工作能力评分、管理价值评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员通过护士分层级管理模式进行管理,可提升其临床护理管理质量。
Objective To study the application value of the hierarchical management model of nurses in improving the quality of clinical nursing management.Methods A total of 80 nurses from Chongqing Dongnan Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group(n=40)was subjected to hierarchical nursing management mode,while the control group(n=40)was subjected to routine nursing management.The work quality score,work ability score,management value and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups of nursing staff before and after manage-ment.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant differences in work quality score,work ability score and management value between the two groups(all P>0.05).After management,the work quality score,work ability score and management value score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of nursing staff through the nurse hierarchical management model can improve the quality of their clinical nursing man-agement.
