摘要
智慧工地建设是利用物联网、人工智能、大数据等先进信息技术手段,对施工现场进行智能化、精细化管理的一种方式。近年来我国智慧工地发展迅速,2016年至2021年市场规模增幅超过250%。本文结合国内不同区域智慧工地技术标准,探讨智慧工地建设在推进智能建造与新型建筑工业化发展中的作用,分别对工程人员、机械设备、材料、方法、环境等施工现场关键管理要素进行实地调研,对实现信息实时采集、互通共享、工作协同、智能决策分析、风险预控等智慧工地系统的功能进行研究,总结了智慧工地建设应以“有没有、新不新、好不好”作为评价原则,根据地方政府要求,结合施工规模和实际需求进行。
Smart site construction is a way to intelligently and delicately manage the construction site by using advanced information technology such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and big data.In recent years,the development of smart sites in China has been rapid,with the market size increasing by more than 250%from 2016 to 2021.This article combines the technical standards of smart sites in different places in China to explore the role of smart site construction in promoting the development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization.It conducts field research on key management elements such as engineering personnel,mechanical equipment,materials,methods,and environment on the construction site,and studies the functions of smart site systems for real-time information collection,interoperability and sharing,work collaboration,intelligent decision analysis,and risk pre-control.It summarizes that smart site construction should be carried out according to the requirements of local governments,combined with the scale of construction and actual needs,as well as the evaluation principles of"existence,newness,and quality".
