幼儿园转制背景下教师角色冲突与理性化调控——基于生命哲学的视角

摘要 人的生命同时带有自然、社会及精神三重属性。随着幼儿园转制,教师的三维生命状态均发生改变。在动荡与适应、理想与现实难以耦合的处境中,教师面临着生存性、发展性以及内心的失衡性等角色冲突。化解教师的角色冲突,可以从加强政府干预、完善幼儿园教师管理、增强教师自身职业信念等方面采取措施,基于生命哲学,改变教师的主体生存压抑、驱动教师生命的绵延进化、引导教师在理性应对幼儿园变革的过程中增强自身的生命认同感,以实现其专业化理想和生命的超越。 The teacher’s life has three attributes of nature,society and spirit at the same time.With the change of the threedimensional life state of the teachers in the kindergarten.In the situation of turbulence and adaptation,ideal and reality can not be coupled,teachers are faced with conflicts such as survival,development and inner imbalance.To resolve the role conflict of teachers,we can take measures from strengthening the government intervention,perfecting the management of teachers in the kindergarten,and strengthening teachers'professional belief,in order to realize the ideal of specialization and the transcendence of life,teachers should be guided to strengthen their own life identity in the process of rational response to the changes in the garden.
