脾虚为2型糖尿病与便秘的共同病机,脾虚则运化失司,津液失于布散,津液难以上呈至肺下输膀胱,大肠失于津液濡润。脾虚运化无权,胃受纳失司,胃腐熟水谷减少,故诱发2型糖尿病典型症状“三多一少”即多饮、多食、多尿以及身体消瘦。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,脾虚则气血生化乏源,血少则津亏,津亏则大肠运化无力,从而诱发便秘。现代临床医学表明,糖尿病性便秘是由于机体长期处于血糖升高的状态,损伤了肠黏膜上皮细胞,致使大肠敏感度降低,诱发胃肠道功能失调而引起的。脾虚作为二者共同病因,故在治疗时,首要即为健脾。
