微小核糖核酸在脓毒症中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 脓毒症是由感染引起的全身性炎性反应综合征,是创伤、烧伤、术后感染和危重病的常见并发症,可导致脓毒性休克和多器官功能障碍综合征,具有发病急、病死率高的特点。微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的内源性非编码RNA,参与调节免疫、代谢、分化、增殖和癌变等多种生物学过程,在脓毒症的发生发展中发挥重要作用。该文介绍了miRNA的生物学特性,以及与脓毒症相关的miRNA在脓毒症的发生、发展过程中的调控机制,以期为脓毒症的预防和治疗提供参考。 Sepsis is the systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by the infection and the common complication of trauma,burns,postoperative infections,and critical illness.This disease may lead to septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,and has the characteristics of acute onset and high case fatality rate.Microribonucleic acid(miRNA)is a class of endogenous noncoding RNA with a length of about 22 nucleotides,which is involved in multiple biological processes such as immunity regulation,metabolism,differentiation,proliferation and carcinogenesis,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of sepsis.In this paper,the biological characteristics of miRNA and the regulatory mechanism of sepsis-related miRNA in the occurrence and development of sepsis are introduced,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.
