阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗冠心病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Ezetimibe in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月北京市密云区医院收治的80例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用依折麦布治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、左室射血分数、一氧化氮水平高于对照组,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、N末端脑钠肽前体、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、人内皮素-1水平均低于对照组,左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布治疗冠心病的临床效果显著,可调节血脂水平,提高心功能,减轻炎性反应,改善血管内皮功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Beijing Miyun District Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and the study group was treated with ezetimibe on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total response rate,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,left ventricular ejection fraction and nitric oxide levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand human endothelin-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease is significant,which can regulate blood lipid level,improve cardiac function,relieve inflammatory reactions and improve vascular endothelial function.
