清宫正骨疗法治疗非特异性腰痛的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Qing Dynasty Bone Setting Therapy for Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的:探讨清宫正骨疗法治疗非特异性腰痛的临床效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2022年1月大连市第二人民医院康复科门诊收治的非特异性腰痛患者75例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分治疗组、对照1组、对照2组,各25例。治疗组采用清宫正骨手法治疗,对照1组采用针灸治疗,对照2组采用中医定向透药治疗。比较三组腰椎功能、肌肉僵硬度、治疗效果。结果:治疗前、治疗后1个月,三组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、肌肉僵硬度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后、治疗后1个月,三组ODI评分、肌肉僵硬度均低于治疗前,治疗组治疗2周后ODI评分、肌肉僵硬度均低于同期对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清宫正骨疗法治疗非特异性腰痛的临床效果显著,能促进患者腰椎功能恢复,改善肌肉僵硬度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qing Dynasty bone setting therapy in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain.Methods:A total of 75 patients with nonspecific low back pain admitted to the Rehabilitation Outpatient Department of the Second People's Hospital of Dalian from July 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qing Dynasty bone setting therapy manipulation,the control group 1 was treated with acupuncture,and the control group 2 was treated with directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine.The lumbar spine function,muscle stiffness and treatment effect were compared among three groups.Results:Before treatment and at 1 month after treatment,there was no significant difference in Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)questionnaire score and muscle stiffness between the three groups(P>0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment and at 1 month after treatment,the ODI score and muscle stiffness in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ODI score and muscle stiffness in the treatment group after 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qing Dynasty bone setting therapy in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain is significant,which can promote the recovery of lumbar spine function and improve muscle stiffness.
