脊神经定位诊断技术联合皮部针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Spinal Nerve Localization Diagnostic Technology Combined with Skin Acupuncture in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨脊神经定位诊断技术联合皮部针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月汕头市中医医院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为三组,各30例。对照1组采用皮部针刺治疗,对照2组采用脊神经定位诊断技术联合针刺治疗,观察组采用脊神经定位诊断技术联合皮部针刺治疗。比较三组疼痛情况、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,三组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,三组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊神经定位诊断技术联合皮部针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著,能改善患者疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of spinal nerve localization diagnostic technology combined with skin acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into three groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group 1 was treated with skin acupuncture,the control group 2 was treated with spinal nerve localization diagnostic technology combined with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with spinal nerve localization diagnostic technology combined with skin acupuncture.The pain conditions and treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores among three groups(P>0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,at 3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment,the pain scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 and control group 2,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spinal nerve localization diagnostic technology combined with skin acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant clinical effects,which can ameliorate patients'pain and is worthy of clinical promotion.
