多样性护理在肺结核合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Diversified Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Diabetes

目的:探讨多样性护理在肺结核合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年9月湖南省胸科医院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施多样性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组疾病认知度、服药依从性以及自我管理能力评分,用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、痰菌转阴率、护理总满意度高于对照组,焦虑评分,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多样性护理在肺结核合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者疾病认知度、服药依从性、自我管理能力、痰菌转阴率,改善肺功能、焦虑情绪、血糖水平,患者满意度高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified nursing in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes admitted to Hunan Chest Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given diversified nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the illness perception,medication compliance and self-management ability scores,forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,sputum bacteria negative rate,and total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety score,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diversified nursing in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes has a significant effect,which can improve patients'illness perception,medication compliance,self-management ability and sputum bacteria negative rate,and ameliorate lung function,anxiety and blood glucose level,with a high patient satisfaction.
