Application Effect of Detail Nursing in Operating Room on Surgical Patients

目的:探讨手术室细节护理在手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于南京市高淳人民医院进行手术的患者134例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各67例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室细节护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组器械设备的准备管理、消毒风险意识、消毒隔离、护理技能安全评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手术时间、卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,伤口愈合情况、疼痛评分、肺部感染程度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术室细节护理在手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够优化手术指标,提高护理质量与护理满意度,减少不良事件。

Objective:To explore the application effect of detail nursing in operating room on surgical patients.Methods:A total of 134 patients who underwent surgery in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing in operating room.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of device and equipment preparation management,disinfection risk awareness,disinfection isolation and nursing skill safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The operation time,time in bed and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the wound healing,pain score and lung infection degree score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of detailed nursing in the operating room on surgical patients is good,which can optimize surgical indicators,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and reduce adverse events.
