系统化护理在胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing in Patients with Gastric Ulcer and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨系统化护理在胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年9月遵义市播州区人民医院收治的胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行系统化护理。比较两组自我管理能力、依从性及症状改善时间。结果:护理后,两组健康知识掌握度评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。护理后,两组日常生活、健康行为、用药评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黑便消失时间、咯血消失时间、腹痛消失时间、粪便性状恢复正常时间、排便次数恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:系统化护理在胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者健康知识掌握度、治疗依从性及自我管理能力,促进患者症状改善。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in patients with gastric ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gastric ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Zunyi City Bozhou District People's Hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases per group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received systematic nursing.The self-management ability,compliance,and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the health knowledge mastery score in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).After nursing,the scores of daily life,health behavior,and medication in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of melena disappearance,hemoptysis disappearance,abdominal pain disappearance,normal stool forms and normal defecation frequency in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing in patients with gastric ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a significant effect,which can improve the health knowledge mastery,treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients,and promote the improvement of patients'symptoms.
