营养体质量管理在孕妇中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨营养体质量管理在孕妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年1月于湖南省妇幼保健院进行孕期检查的520名孕妇作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为对照组与研究组,各260名。对照组实施常规孕期管理,研究组在对照组基础上实施营养体质量管理。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组产后出血、剖宫产发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕期体质量增长量、新生儿出生体质量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组分娩孕周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组巨大儿、胎膜早破发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息、畸形儿、新生儿死亡、早产儿、胎儿宫内受限、前置胎盘发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:营养体质量管理在孕妇中的应用效果较好,能够控制孕妇体质量,降低产妇产后出血、剖宫产、妊娠并发症发生率以及新生儿不良结局发生率。 Objective:To explore the application effect of nutritional weight management in pregnant women.Methods:A total of 520 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy check-up in Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by coin toss method,with 260 women in each group.The control group implemented the routine management during pregnancy,and the study group implemented nutritional weight management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gestational weight gain and neonatal birth weight in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in delivery gestational age between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of macrosomia and premature rupture of membranes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,malformed infants,neonatal death,preterm infants,fetal intrauterine restriction and placenta previa between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of nutritional weight management in pregnant women is good,which can control maternal body weight,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,pregnancy complications and neonatal adverse outcomes.
