类风湿性关节炎患者功能障碍康复训练方案分析

Analysis of Functional Rehabilitation Training Programs for Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:分析康复训练在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月北华大学附属医院收治的RA患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复训练。比较两组康复效果。结果:干预后,观察组Lequensne评分,疼痛、僵硬、关节功能丧失评分低于对照组,生理功能、躯体职能、社会功能、总体健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练在RA患者中的应用效果显著,能够缓解疼痛,改善症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation training in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 80 RA patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 4o cases in each group.The control group received conventional medication treatment and the observation group received rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Lequensne score,pain,stiffness,and joint function loss scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of physiological function,physical function,social function,and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation training in RA patients has a significant effect,which can relieve pain,ameliorate symptoms and improve quality of life.
