桃红四物汤联合针刺、洛芬待因缓释片治疗营血虚滞型神经根型颈椎病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Compound Codeine Phosphate and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy of Nutrient-Blood Deficiency and Stagnation

目的:分析桃红四物汤联合针刺、洛芬待因缓释片治疗营血虚滞型神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的营血虚滞型神经根型颈椎病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予针刺联合洛芬待因缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桃红四物汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组肢体麻木、颈椎疼痛、头晕头痛改善时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组颈椎功能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。治疗后,两组生理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合针刺、洛芬待因缓释片治疗营血虚滞型神经根型颈椎病的效果显著,可快速改善患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,恢复颈椎功能,降低复发率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with acupuncture and compound codeine phos⁃phate and ibuprofen sustained release tablets in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of nutrient-blood deficiency and stagnation.Methods:Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of nutrient-blood deficiency and stagnation who re⁃ceived treatment in Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and compound codeine phosphate and ibuprofen sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of limb numbness,cervical pain,dizziness and headache in the observation group was ear⁃lier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).After treatment,the pain score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the cervical spine function score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,social function,physical pain and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction combined with acupuncture and compound codeine phosphate and ibuprofen sustained release tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondy⁃lotic radiculopathy of nutrient-blood deficiency and stagnation,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,re⁃lieve the pain,restore cervical spine function,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life.
