夏枯草口服液联合常规西药治疗格雷夫斯甲状腺功能亢进症的效果观察

Effect Observation of Prunella Vulgaris Oral Liquid Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment ofGrave's Hyperthyroidism

目的:探讨夏枯草口服液联合常规西药治疗格雷夫斯甲状腺功能亢进症(GH)的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月揭阳市揭西县人民医院收治的208例GH患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=106)和治疗组(n=102)。对照组实施常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用夏枯草口服液治疗。比较两组甲状腺功能、肝功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前后,两组血清游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平低于治疗前,TSH水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组ALT、AST水平低于治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:夏枯草口服液联合常规西药治疗GH的效果显著,可改善患者肝功能与甲状腺功能,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Prunella vulgaris oral liquid combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of Grave's Hyperthyroidism(GH).Methods:A total of 208 patients with GH admitted to Jiexi People's Hospital of Jieyang City from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=106)and treatment group(n=102).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Prunella vulgaris oral liquid on the basis of the control group.Thyroid function,liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in serum levels of free thyroxine(FT_(4)),free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TSH in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Prunella vulgaris oral liquid combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of GH,which can improve the liver function and thyroid function of patients,and has a high safety.
