小针刀联合手法治疗在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果探究

Exploration of Application Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Manipulation in Treatment of Cervical Spon⁃dylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探究小针刀联合手法治疗在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年1月南京梅山医院收治的112例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各56例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用小针刀联合手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组颈椎功能评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合手法治疗在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善颈椎功能。

Objective:To explore the application effect of small needle knife combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervi⁃cal spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 112 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Nanjing Meis⁃han Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The included patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group adopted con⁃ventional treatment and the treatment group adopted small needle knife combined with manipulation treatment.The treatment ef⁃fects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).After treatment,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical spine function scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of small needle knife and manipulation for cervical spon⁃dylotic radiculopathy has a significant application effect,which can relieve the pain and improve the cervical spine function.
