雷火灸联合人工泪液治疗泪液生成不足型干眼症的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Lightning Fire Moxibustion Combined with Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Dry Eye with Insufficient Tear Production

摘要 目的:分析雷火灸联合人工泪液治疗泪液生成不足型干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月西安市中医医院眼科收治的106例泪液生成不足型干眼症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各53例。对照组实施人工泪液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予雷火灸治疗。比较两组泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分结果及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组滤纸润湿长度、BUT、FL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组滤纸润湿长度、BUT长于治疗前,且试验组长于对照组,FL评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:雷火灸联合人工泪液可有效改善泪液生成不足型干眼症患者临床症状,增加泪液分泌量,延长泪膜破裂时间。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of lightning fire moxibustion combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye with insufficient tear production.Methods:A total of one hundred and six patients with lacrimal hypogenesis dry eye treated in the Department of Ophthalmology,Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with fifty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tears,and the experimental group was treated with lightning fire moxibustion based on the control group.The results of tear secretion test,tear film rupture time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in wetting length,BUT and FL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the wetting length and BUT of filter paper in two groups were longer than before treatment,and the experimental group was longer than the control group,FL score was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:Lighting fire moxibustion combined with artificial tears can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dry eye with insufficient tear production,increase the amount of tear secretion and prolong the time of tear film rupture.
