以人文关怀理念为指导的综合护理在肝胆结石手术患者护理中的应用效果分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Guided by Concept of Humanistic Care in Nursing of Patients with Hepatolithiasis Surgery

目的:分析以人文关怀理念为指导的综合护理在肝胆结石手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年5月于兰州市第二人民医院行肝胆结石手术的患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以人文关怀理念为指导的综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组首次下床时间、首次排气时间、首次进食时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论:以人文关怀理念为指导的综合护理在肝胆结石手术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可促进患者康复,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing guided by the concept of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with hepatolithiasis surgery.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients who underwent hepatolithiasis surgery in Lanzhou Second People's Hospital from August 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with forty-four patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing guided by humanistic care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas and the first time to eat food in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function and emotional function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing guided by the concept of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with hepatolithiasis surgery is remarkable,which can promote the recovery of patients,relieve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
