健康教育联合舒适护理在妊娠糖尿病产妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Education Combined with Comfort Nursing in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析健康教育联合舒适护理在妊娠糖尿病产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年2月泰安市妇幼保健院产科收治的妊娠糖尿病产妇82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育联合舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组并发症认知、药物治疗、血糖监测、运动认知、饮食认知、日常生活认知评分及总分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮食控制、坚持运动、卫生习惯、定期产检、血糖自测评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合舒适护理在妊娠糖尿病产妇中的应用效果显著,可改善其妊娠糖尿病知识掌握情况及遵医行为,降低血糖水平。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education combined with comfort nursing in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 82 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Depart⁃ment of Obstetrics of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group re⁃ceived routine nursing and the observation group received health education combined with comfort nursing on the basis of the con⁃trol group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of complication cognition,drug treatment,blood glucose monitoring,exercise cognition,diet cognition,and daily life cognition and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of diet control,persistent exercise,health habit,regular prenatal check-up,and blood glucose self-assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education combined with comfort nursing in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus has a significant effect,which can improve their knowledge of gestational diabetes mellitus and medical compliance behavior,and reduce blood glucose levels.
